Living Kitchen 2013: Eat, drink & think - Dornbracht presentiert the new kitchen products for 2013

Iserlohn/Cologne As part of imm Cologne, the international furnishing show, at Living Kitchen 2013 (14 - 20 January 2013) Dornbracht presents new kitchen products for the coming year along with a first glimpse of the brand vision – Culturing Life.
Long-standing efforts to further develop and professionalise various wet work areas in the kitchen are a central element of the Dornbracht philosophy. The Dornbracht series take the kind of separation into different functional areas seen in professional kitchens, and the integration of high-quality premium fittings and convenient accessories, and transpose them to the home kitchen. This innovative approach is both an inspiration and an engine for the development of new ideas, technologies and languages of form for the kitchen habitat.

One new development Dornbracht will be presenting during the international kitchen event in Cologne is Pivot, a premium fitting. The single-lever mixer combines practical functionality with high-quality aesthetics: a broad range of motion, a 360° radius of activity, service as the hub at the centre of a cooking island, and a filigree and reduced form.
Along with Pivot, Dornbracht presents two programme supplements: The single-lever mixer Elio is available with a retractable outlet and woven-fabric hose. Two new Water Units measure up to individual expectations in the kitchen – a single basin with a particularly flat, slightly inclined drip-dry surface, and another basin with a tap hole bench in which fittings and accessories fit together to create a formal unit, even without a rosette.
Dornbracht also offers an exclusive foretaste of eUnit, its new electronic product solution that brings the convenience of technology to the kitchen. Based on a product study completed in 2011, innovative functional solutions were devised to assist with working processes. These solutions focus on intuitive operation and include, for instance, a foot sensor.
With its minimalist aesthetics, the new trade-fair stand concept creates an inspiring atmosphere in which to stage the latest Dornbracht products for the kitchen. The overarching theme for the fair is 'Eat, drink & think' - an approach created not only in continuation of the progressive view of the brand but also with the introduction of eUnit, the electronic product solution for the kitchen, in mind. A Community Table brings visitors together for a lively exchange as realistic kitchen situations make the new comfort a genuine experience. For relaxing breaks beyond the hustle and bustle of the trade fair, Dornbracht Water Dispensers on site are used to prepare fresh tea cocktails with an individual selection of herbs, accompanied by sweet tea biscuits.
The Dornbracht trade fair stand at Living Kitchen the international trade fair for trade professionals and the general public, also provides a first glimpse into the new brand vision: Culturing Life. A long-standing occupation with the kitchen as habitat, the investigation of recurrent actions and new technologies all work together to constantly lead Dornbracht to new issues, new ideas and new products.
