Trade fair: ISH 2015 (10-14.03.), Dornbracht stand: Hall 4.1 / Stand G54
Innovations: CL.1, Comfort Shower & Leg Shower; Sync, Tara Ultra, eno (kitchen)

Iserlohn/Frankfurt am Main, März 2015.
Once again, Dornbracht provides new initiative this year with innovations for bathroom, spa and kitchen. One of the products the company is showcasing at ISH, the world's leading international trade fair, is CL.1 – a bathroom fittings range that sets new standards, not just in design, but also in surface engineering. Two different texture options are available for CL.1 handles, giving them a luxurious and distinctive look and feel. Pure luxury can be achieved at the touch of a button with new seated Comfort Shower and Leg Shower. As well as new products for the bathroom, Dornbracht is also using this year's ISH to showcase innovations for the kitchen: a new pull-down function for Sync and Tara Ultra and a new addition to the eno series and extension to the range with two new raised spout fittings.

In 2013, Dornbracht added the brand claim of "Culturing Life" to the company's design and water expertise. Since then, technological advances in terms of connectivity and comfort, and prevention in terms of health and wellbeing are more noticeably influencing the company's brand alignment and product development. At this year’s ISH, Dornbracht is taking these intentions to a new level – with iconic design, innovative water applications and further development of the digital control technology, Smart Water. The focus is not on the technology itself, but on what it can do. Added values such as individuality, comfort and preventive health care become the fundamental driving force for innovation and the starting point for the development of new product solutions.

CL.1
Dornbracht presents CL.1, a new fittings series for the bathroom. Its progressive design language marks the start of a new era of Dornbracht design – dynamic, animated and elegant. CL.1 also has two striking and innovative features: a new flow pattern that gently immerses the user’s hands in 40 soft, individual jets of water and surface textures that give the handles a special look and feel.

Comfort Shower and Leg Shower
Comfort Shower is a new application that provides a seated shower experience that is currently unique. A seated posture encourages deep relaxation, making it easier and more comfortable to carry out active treatments such as peeling or massaging. Dornbracht is also presenting its Leg Shower - an innovative application for invigorating leg showers at the touch of a button. Leg Shower can function as an additional feature for Dornbracht’s Comfort Shower or as a separate application for the (home) spa.

Dornbracht Kitchen
In addition to new bathroom products, Dornbracht is also using this year's ISH to showcase innovations for the kitchen: a new pull-down function for Sync and Tara Ultra and an addition to the eno series and extension to the range with two new raised spout fittings. More flexibility, more freedom of movement: the innovative new products are born of the desire to continually optimise and improve kitchen processes. Developing and bringing an efficiency and professionalism to the many wet-working areas in the kitchen are key factors that have been central to Dornbracht’s philosophy for many years.

Details of the bathroom and kitchen innovations can be found in the respective press releases.

Iserlohn.
Dornbracht's CL.1 is a stunning new range of bathroom fittings that consistently combines straight lines and soft curves as it gracefully stretches upwards. The advanced design language marks the start of a new decade in Dornbracht product design – dynamic, animated and elegant. Other special features of CL.1 are its new textured handles and innovative flow pattern which boasts extremely efficient water consumption.
A tactile game. New textured handles sharpen the senses
It is not just the design of Dornbracht's CL.1 that sets new standards, its surface engineering is special too. Two different texture options are available for the handles of the fitting, giving them a luxurious and distinctive look and feel. Not only is this in keeping with the increasing desire for materials with a tactile quality, it is also a contemporary response to the megatrend - individualisation. Available in different versions – smooth or textured – the new handle variants open up more possibilities for a more personalised bathroom design.

Dornbracht CL.1: a special flow mode for the washbasin
Dornbracht has considered a sustainable lifestyle with CL.1's new flow mode. The sprayface is an in-house development that gently immerses the user’s hands in 40 soft, individual jets of water and with a flow rate of just 3.9 litres per minute, its water consumption is extremely efficient.

Individualised combinations
CL.1 marks a new beginning, something that is already evident in its name.
The abbreviation "CL" stands for Dornbracht's current brand claim, "Culturing Life", the number one refers to the first product design to emerge from this new brand direction.

The series is available in plated finishes, polished chrome and platinum matt, and includes a wide range of fittings and accessories for the washbasin, shower, bath and bidet. It can also be combined with products from other series, in order to meet individual needs and requirements. The arrangement of outlets and controls can also be customised, adding to the possibilities for a more personal and individual design. Dornbracht Smart Tools are a particularly user-friendly control option. These digital control elements can accurately adjust the temperature and volume of the water, as well as offer useful pre-programmed settings at the touch of a button.

When water becomes a personal experience. The Luxury Spa Experience: Dornbracht Comfort Shower and Leg Shower
The essentials at a glance:

Innovation: Comfort Shower and Leg Shower
Distinctive feature: A comfortable seated shower experience with beneficial leg showers at the touch of a button
Product concept and design: Sieger Design
Creative direction: Mike Meiré
Available for delivery: Autumn 2015

Iserlohn.
Comfort Shower, the new shower application from Dornbracht, enhances the spa range with a seated shower experience that is currently unique. Different outlets and flow modes form engaging scenarios at the touch of a button, while the seated posture encourages deep relaxation. The Leg Shower is an optional extra feature for the Comfort Shower – an innovative function that immerses the legs with invigorating bursts of water at the touch of a button.
Comfort Shower adds a new dimension to the showering experience and extends Dornbracht’s advanced portfolio by adding a seated version to accompany its existing Vertical and Horizontal Showers. The Comfort Shower combines innovation with true comfort. The relaxed, seated posture is the perfect way to enjoy hydro-applications such as Kneipp showers, or peeling treatments.

Dornbracht Comfort Shower: a holistic, seated water experience
Comfort Shower combines Dornbracht’s BigRain rain panel and the WaterFall module with Pearlstream. With this flow mode, water falls gently onto the shoulders and neck and luxuriously envelops the body, just like a natural waterfall. At the same time, a powerful jet of water from each of the two WaterBars pleasantly loosens the upper and lower back while a pouring pipe can also be used for stimulating and massaging Kneipp showers.

Dornbracht Leg Shower: automated showers for legs
The new Leg Shower application is an optional feature designed to enhance Dornbracht’s Comfort Shower. At the touch of a button, the ‘Refresh’ setting allows for cold bursts of water to emerge from four WaterBars at calf-height, while the ‘Vitalise’ setting produces alternating hot and cold bursts. The Leg Shower is particularly refreshing after sporting activities, and stimulating due to the deliberate changes in temperature which help to boost the body’s defences and immune system. The Leg Shower is available as an additional Comfort Shower feature and on its own.

Individual scenarios at the touch of a button
As with Vertical and Horizontal Showers, Comfort Shower offers a choice between ‘De-Stressing’, ‘Balancing’ or ‘Energising’ scenarios, all of which can be easily selected with Dornbracht’s user-friendly Smart Tools. By combining different outlets and flow modes, these advanced choreographies develop a balancing, relaxing or invigorating effect and providing a unique, holistic water experience for body, mind and soul.

Transforming Water – The Luxury Spa Experience
Dornbracht developed the Comfort Shower as part of its "Transforming Water" concept. This represents the transforming effect water has on people, and turns the element into an integral part of a health-conscious lifestyle. Everyday, these individual water applications help to actively improve the user’s quality of life, fitness and mentality. Pre-programmed scenarios and comfort functions encourage the use of Kneipp showers, cleverly supplementing the personal health strategy: sanus per aquam (SPA) – health through water.

Two versions of Dornbracht’s Comfort Shower are available: polished stainless steel combined with polished chrome, and brushed stainless steel combined with platinum matt. The Leg Shower is available in polished chrome and platinum matt versions.

Dornbracht innovation: Sync, the pull-down fitting
The essentials at a glance:

Innovation: Sync kitchen fitting
Distinctive features: Dynamic design language and new pull-down fitting function type with spray function
Product concept and design: Sieger Design
Available for delivery: Summer 2015

ISERLOHN Dornbracht's launch of the new Sync kitchen fitting coincides with the introduction of a new functionality: a pull-down fitting with a spray function. Because the spout can be extended downwards, this new function increases the fitting's radius of action and makes daily tasks in the kitchen much easier to complete. Sync's dynamic design language skillfully combines Dornbracht’s iconic high-quality aesthetics with first-class functionality.

The spout of Dornbracht's new pull-down fitting has a significant advantage: it can be extended downwards, and has flexible pull-out hose that can be easily directed to wherever it is needed. This offers the greatest possible freedom of movement in the kitchen’s wet working area. A matt-black, heat-insulated grip intuitively guides the user's hand to a pull-out element that fits the shape of the hand perfectly.

Sync's 360-degree radius of rotation, of its tall spout and the wide projection, give additional room to manoeuvre.

Two flow modes – laminar flow and spray flow

Sync offers two flow modes that are geared to its intended use: a regular, clear, laminar flow and a powerful spray. Dornbracht developed the spray in-house, in order to implement the slender and precise spout design that measures just 28mm in diameter. Switching between laminar flow and spray flow is simple using the button located on the back of the black, pull-out element. The long lever and ergonomic 90-degree opening angle make it easier to dispense the right amount of water.

Sync: The new design icon with a dynamic design language

Sync is the new premium fitting that features a dynamic, front-facing design language that literally comes towards the user. The tapered transition between the body and the spout - and the inner contour of the groove-free lever running parallel to it - are characteristic of the design. The tapered shape of the body of the fitting also continues in the trapezoidal profile of the lever. A design variant of Sync, with a circular spout, is also available.

Tried and tested Dornbracht quality

Sync is available in plated polished chrome and platinum matt finishes. Plated finishes are extremely resistant and are ideal for meeting the specific requirements of a kitchen. Their characteristic shine and exceptional depth of colour confirm the outstanding quality of Dornbracht kitchen fittings. Like all the other fittings from the premium manufacturer, Sync is 100% ‘Made in Germany’. Thus, Dornbracht is able to maintain a consistently high standard and precise manufacturing quality, Made in Germany.

Additions to the Dornbracht range: eno in two new raised spout variants
The essentials at a glance: Innovation: Adding to the eno range
Distinctive features: New raised spout fittings
Product concept and design: Sieger Design
Available for delivery: Summer 2015

ISERLOHN Dornbracht is adding two new raised spout fittings to the eno
series: one variant with an extending spout and one variant with an extending spray. Each offers a different flow mode, with aerator flow or spray flow. The spout is raised by 90 mm, making it perfectly coordinated to the requirements of a kitchen.

Eno is a new single-lever mixer for the kitchen, with a lever concept that reduces hot water consumption intuitively. In the neutral lever position, eno only delivers cold water. In this way, eno is not only helping to reduce energy costs for heating water, it is also helping to keep down CO2 emissions – a bonus for climate protection.

Dornbracht eno: Clear-cut design, precise functionality
The clear-cut, functional design language characteristic of eno is emphasised by the striking 90-degree opening angle of the lever and the groove-free finish. The precise transition between the spout and the body of the fitting emphasises its balanced and harmonious proportions.

Premium fittings, Made in Germany
The supplements to the eno series are available in polished chrome and platinum matt versions.
The plated finishes feature their characteristic shine and an exceptional depth of colour, which confirm the outstanding quality of Dornbracht kitchen fittings. These are 100% Made in Germany, and represent the ultimate achievement in manufacturing quality.

The essentials at a glance: Innovation: Adding to the Tara Ultra range
Distinctive features: A pull-down version of a classic fitting
Product concept and design: Sieger Design
Available for delivery: Summer 2015

ISERLOHN Dornbracht is adding the new pull-down functionality to the popular Tara Ultra series. Because the spout can extend downwards, there is even more freedom of movement at the sink.

The special feature of the new pull-down fitting is a spout that can extend downwards, with a flexible pull-out hose that allows it to be easily directed wherever it is needed, thus simplifying everyday tasks. A matt-black, heat-insulated grip intuitively guides the user's hand to a pull-out element that fits the shape of the hand perfectly.

Tara Ultra: a new function type, a tried and tested design language
While the new pull-down fitting of the Tara Ultra series scores at a functional level by adding value, its characteristic design language is retained. Its particularly tall and slender spout gives its user great freedom to work with big pots and pans. Also typical of Tara Ultra is the striking, right-angled lever. Thanks to its timeless design, the fitting is supremely versatile.

Dornbracht: Quality Made in Germany
The Tara Ultra series pull-down fitting is available in plated polished chrome and platinum matt finishes. Their characteristic shine and exceptional depth of colour confirm the outstanding workmanship of Dornbracht kitchen fittings. Like all the other fittings from the premium manufacturer, Tara Ultra is 100% made in Germany, thereby representing the ultimate status in manufacturing quality.
